PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept payments from Visa and Mastercard Debit/ Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay as well as PayNow.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

  • Discount codes can be applied at check out. Please note that discount codes cannot be stacked, and only one discount code can be applied per order.

I've keyed in the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

  • Please contact us at sos@aeuoi.co within 24h of your purchase. Once orders are handled over to our courier, we will not able to amend the shipping address and/or the contact number.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Please note at all sales are final once an order has been placed. No cancellation or amendment requests will be accepted. Please ensure that you review all order details at check out before submitting your order.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping rates like?

Within SG:

  • We provide free domestic tracked shipping within SG for purchases above 50SGD.
  • Courier rates would be 5SGD flat for orders below 50SGD.

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders will be processed within 2 working days.

When will I receive my order?

  • All orders will take 2 working days to be processed and shipped out.

For SG:

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach you. There might be unexpected delays during the holidays.

We are also not responsible if the courier cannot deliver the parcel in the estimated time frame due to incomplete and/or incorrect address and/or if there
is no recipient at the address.

Lost shipments

  • We are not responsible for any lost parcels after the courier has delivered it to the recipient.

OUR PRODUCTS

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin types?

  • All our products are formulated without fragrance, alcohol, parabens and all the other nasties. They are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
  • However if you are allergic to certain ingredients, we strongly suggest looking through the full ingredient list provided on the product page, as well as doing a patch test.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

  • While all products by AEUOI are developed without the nasties, we strongly recommend you take the full ingredient list to your doctor, just to be extra sure.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

  • A definite yes. All products developed by AEUOI are vegan and cruelty-free, which also means we do not test on animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

  • Within 3 years of the manufacturing date. All products are stamped with their relevant batch number as well as expiry dates.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return and/or exchange my item?

  • All sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

OTHERS

Where are your products from?

  • All our products are formulated and manufactured in Korea.

Are there other platforms where I can purchase your products?

  • Currently all products under AEUOI are only sold through our official website, or on TikTok shop @aeuoi.co.
